Aging & Caring: A Guide for Families and Caregivers is designed to assist those caring for an older adult. Caregivers can include spouses, adult children, family members, neighbors and friends. This guide provides the framework for helping caregivers understand a variety of issues while planning for and with an older adult. Our hope is that you’ll find this information useful as you navigate the caregiving journey.

Community Health Matters

We’re thrilled to announce that COA has been selected as a finalist for the 2018 Salute to Excellence Awards – Frist Foundation Team Building Award! 
Our selection is based on convening and managing the Senior Transportation Leadership Coalition, and incubating and launching Senior Ride Nashville. The award winner will be announced at the Salute to Excellence dinner on Tuesday, October 9thFingers crossed!
